Cookie Policy
This Cookie Policy explains how Scalith, LLC uses cookies and similar technologies when you access AbuseZero websites, the dashboard, and authentication flows.
Effective date: October 8, 2026
AbuseZero is operated by Scalith, LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. Questions: support@abusezero.com.
1. What are cookies and similar technologies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device. We also use similar technologies such as local storage and session storage to remember preferences and maintain secure workflows.
2. How we use cookies
We currently use strictly necessary cookies and storage for:
- Authentication and session management: keeping you signed in and associating requests with your account;
- Security: protecting sign-in, OAuth, account linking, multi-factor authentication, and sensitive account changes;
- Trusted devices: remembering a browser for multi-factor authentication when you select that option (up to thirty (30) days);
- Preferences and workflow state: retaining interface preferences and short-lived signup, redirect, or plan-selection state.
We do not use advertising cookies or third-party behavioral advertising cookies on the Service at this time. If we introduce non-essential cookies in the future, we will update this Policy and, where required, obtain consent before setting them.
3. Third-party sign-in providers
If you authenticate through GitHub, Discord, or Google, those providers may set cookies on their own domains. Their use of cookies is governed by their respective policies and your account settings with them.
4. Cookie duration
Session cookies expire when you close your browser. Persistent cookies remain until their expiration date or until you delete them. Sign-in session duration follows your account security settings. Trusted-device cookies may last up to thirty (30) days. Cookies may be cleared when you sign out, revoke sessions, or change security settings.
5. Your choices
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent sign-in and may disable parts of the Service. Because we currently rely on essential cookies for core functionality, we do not offer a separate advertising-cookie preference center.
6. “Do Not Track”
Some browsers transmit “Do Not Track” signals. Because there is no uniform industry response, we do not alter our practices solely in response to such signals.
7. Updates and contact
We may update this Cookie Policy when our practices change. Questions: support@abusezero.com.
